Meri Khushi Welfare Foundation organized a Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign aimed at educating women and adolescent girls about menstrual health, hygiene practices, and the importance of breaking social stigma surrounding menstruation.
The campaign focused on spreading awareness regarding safe menstrual practices, personal hygiene, health management, and access to sanitary products. Through interactive discussions and awareness sessions, participants were encouraged to openly discuss menstrual health concerns and seek accurate information.
This initiative successfully contributed towards promoting dignity, confidence, and better health outcomes for women and girls in the community.
Meri Khushi Welfare Foundation conducted an awareness session on Cervical Cancer and Adolescent Health at PM Shri Government Girls Inter College (GGIC), Kashipur. The program aimed to educate adolescent girls about cervical cancer prevention, menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The session highlighted the causes, symptoms, risk factors, preventive measures, and the significance of HPV vaccination and regular health check-ups. Students also learned about physical, emotional, and mental well-being during adolescence through an interactive discussion that encouraged them to ask questions and clear common misconceptions.
To promote personal and professional development among young women, Meri Khushi Welfare Foundation organized a Skill Enhancement Workshop at GGIC Kashipur.
The workshop focused on developing essential skills such as communication, confidence building, leadership, teamwork, and career readiness. Participants engaged in interactive activities designed to improve their interpersonal and professional competencies.
The initiative aimed to equip young women with practical skills that would support their academic growth, career aspirations, and overall self-development.
Meri Khushi Welfare Foundation organized a Drug Abuse Awareness Workshop at Udairaj Hindu Inter College, Kashipur, to educate students about the harmful effects of substance abuse and the importance of making informed life choices.
The event was graced by Mr. Deepak Bali, Hon'ble Mayor of Kashipur, as the Chief Guest. The workshop also featured insightful sessions by Dr. Ravi Sahota and Dr. Divya Malhotra, who served as keynote speakers and addressed students on the physical, psychological, and social consequences of drug addiction.
Through expert guidance, interactive discussions, and awareness activities, students gained a deeper understanding of the dangers of substance abuse and the importance of maintaining a healthy and responsible lifestyle.
The workshop reinforced the Foundation's commitment to youth empowerment and building a drug-free, informed, and resilient community.
Meri Khushi Welfare Foundation participated in the inauguration of the Summer Camp at PM Shri Government Girls Inter College (GGIC), Kashipur, where Mrs. Shayara Bano and the Foundation's representative attended as Guests of Honour. The event encouraged students to engage in educational, creative, and recreational activities that foster confidence, teamwork, and overall personality development during the summer break.
